Our panel of experts includes Gwen Coddington, Archivist and Special Collections Librarian at McDaniel College’s Hoover Library; Shel Burton, Metadata Specialist at the Sandy Spring Museum in Sandy Spring, Maryland; and David Powell, genealogist, teacher, and Treasurer of the Carroll County Genealogical Society. This program is part of the Carroll 250 Speaker Series celebrating the United States Semiquincentennial, the 250th anniversary of the 1776 United States Declaration of Independence.\nThis is a free event.
