Registration for this virtual event ends January 29th. Registration is required to participate in this event.
“Communication in History: A Key to Understanding.” Middle and High school students develop a thesis, and thorough analysis of sources, draw conclusions about the significance of their selected topic. Presentations may take the form of a paper, exhibit, performance, documentary, or a web site.
•Projects will be judged by Teachers, Public Librarians, Carroll County Officials.

•Top 2 winners in each category can enter their project in the State Competition to be held in May of 2021 (held virtually this year).

•Top 2 winners at the Maryland Competition entered in the National History Day Competition (tentatively held at University of Maryland College Park in June of 2021).
