Kicking off the new Kimmey Bookshop Signings initiative will be Frank J. Batavick, author of Time’s Crossroads: The History of New Windsor, MD. This new, expanded edition of the book examines the early years of the town, its heyday as a resort, its notable architecture, details of the Confederate raid in 1864, and introduces some of the town’s VIPs. Time’s Crossroads is heavily illustrated with archival maps, engravings, and over 200 photos, some published for the first time.
