Carroll 250 Event: Threads of History: Fiber Arts and the Maryland Story
In celebration of Maryland’s 250 anniversary, this special exhibit will explore the enduring legacy of fiber arts in Carroll County and across the state. From the earliest handwoven textiles to contemporary fiber creations, we will trace how diverse cultures have used fabric, thread, and design to tell stories, preserve traditions, and strengthen communities. Featuring the artwork of Karen Amelia Brown. This exhibit, presented by the Carroll County Arts Council and the Historical Society of Carroll County.
