Thanks to a grant from of the Maryland 250 Commission, HSCC and the 250 Planning Committee are now offering complimentary 250-themed time capsules for Carroll County families. Supplies are extremely limited so early application is encouraged before they run out! Please fill out the form below, no telephone inquiries. Time capsules are limited to one per family. Each stainless-steel time capsule comes with a user guide/lesson plan. All capsules must be picked up at the HSCC Gorman Library Visitor Center at 216 E. Main Street in Westminster during open hours Wednesday-Friday 11am-4pm, no exceptions. If supplies run out, families will be encouraged to fill out a wait list online should funding allow for another round of giveaways.
