Carroll 250 Event: Patriot Plaque Unveiling Ceremony

The William Winchester Chapter, NSDAR, is thrilled to be unveiling a Patriot Marker to commemorate America 250! We will meet in Belle Grove Square, on the corner of West Green and Bond Streets, to begin our event promptly at 2pm. This event is rain or shine. Come be a part of history in Westminster!
