Carroll 250 Event: Pomeroy Marker Dedication

The Westminster Chapter, Maryland Society, Sons of the American Revolution, the William G. Pomeroy Foundation and the Historic Westminster Cemetery will unveil a plaque that honors three Revolutionary War patriots and marks the 250^th Anniversary of the founding of the Nation. The three historical honorees are William Winchester, Henry Neff, and Caleb Stansbury.
