Carroll 250 Speaker Series: 1876 The Centennial Celebration & America’s First World’s Fair

This talk will cover how the USA celebrated the Centennial and the significance of a World’s Fair. Local and Maryland participants in the Philadelphia Exposition (The World’s Fair) will be included and local events held to commemorate 1876 will also be highlighted.

This event is being held on the HSCC campus at the Shriver-Weybright Auditorium
