Helen A. Gorman Library of Carroll County History Ribbon Cutting
Join us for the opening of the new Helen A. Gorman Library of Carroll County History at Cockey’s on May 8 from 5 pm to 7 pm. We will unveil the new library for donors, members, and the public. Enjoy light refreshments while touring the library and learning about all the new things we have to share. We have a few surprises in store for everyone, too!
