I am the person to contact if you have questions about our collections or if you would like to donate items, such as documents, clothing, photographs, furniture, etc. to the Society. I love all our towns in Carroll County and the amazing people that make them thrive!

I work with our amazing HSCC members and assist Laura and Jason with fundraising and outreach initiatives. I love Carroll County for so many reasons but I especially enjoy working with all our Society friends and partners.
Paul Ledbetter
Librarian
I joined the Society team in April 2026 as the HSCC Librarian. Researchers should reach out to me for special library appointments, research requests, or general information about library materials, books, archival sources, or historic photographs. I am a big Pittsburg Steelers fan!

In 2025, I began work at the Society to help with the Building Community, Inspired By History Capital Campaign. Though the campaign has closed, I still help staff on fundraising and development logistics, including working with Bev on membership cultivation and gift acknowledgement. On a completely different note, I believe my colleague Paul is actually a Ravens fan!
