The Historical Society of Carroll County provides educational programming and curriculum resources that place the County’s unique heritage within the larger context of the American experience. HSCC believes in the power of authentic historical study to spark curiosity and creativity, to promote cultural understanding, and to strengthen our democracy.
Drawing on its collections and its historical expertise, HSCC engages young audiences in the study of our collective past by utilizing object-based inquiry and critical thinking skills.
